​First Hour.........$225.00​
Each additional hr...$175 with 2 hr minimum.
$400 deposit secures chosen date & time.
A 1-hour engagement session booked with wedding commission add $75.00
Includes 1 hour of round trip travel time to your location(s).
Technology
10mm 1000mm lenses
50+meg native file size (uncropped)
(larger file size = more detail=larger prints)
Fee includes
-'utility' image processing and editing
-color correcting, cropping, sizing of best images (usually 20-50 depending on number of guests and length of booking etc.) for printing.

Architectural

Multiple studio strobes as necessary,

Average production 3-6 photos per day.
'Dressing the Set'
props, flowers, fruit or other props are supplied by you unless you request that I provide (billed at cost plus time).
You are solely responsible for providing large items (furniture, etc.) if desired.
If you choose not to provide accessories to "dress the set", I will use what is available on-sight which may be minimal.
It is recommended that you and/or your agent participate in the photo shoot.
What you receive:
a thumb drive with color-corrected, sized and cropped photographs/files.
Two file types:
layered .tif files - these allow for further
editing by you or your agent.
.jpgs -these are for ready for printing or uploading to the internet.

Real Estate
Basic shoot, first hour...$175.00
Each addition hour...$125.00 (billed in 20 minute increments).

1 off camera flash, one on-camera flash

What you receive:
15-20 photographs of 'average' sized house Interiors and exteriors can be expected in 2 - 4 hour shoot (see site prep for note).
Site prep ('Dressing the set')
- minimal or as you or your agent provide.

Artwork
2 dimensional artwork
- paintings, drawings, etc.

Payment or deposits constitute an agreement to terms and
conditions stated here in.
You agree that you have read and understant the information provided.
Non-watermarked photographs, prints, CD's, picture files, will only be delivered upon full payment of all outstanding fees, unless you have made prior arrangements with me in writing.

You have "personal use" rights to the pictures.
This means that you can make prints, post on Facebook and other social media web sites, send as emails, etc.
What you can't do: sell or license reproduction rights to the photographs for commercial purposes such as: marketing or endorsing a product or service etc., without my written permission. Please contact me if you have any questions in this regard.
What I can't do: sell the reproduction rights to a photograph if there is a recognizable person in the photograph, without a "Model" release from that person or persons.
I can use any and all photographs to promote my business on my web site, in advertisements brochures, etc.
